Reincofusion Technologies was founded on a simple frustration: most IT vendors hand you off. Sales scopes it, one team builds it, another supports it, and by month six nobody remembers why anything was built the way it was. We run engagements the opposite way.
We started as a small team doing contract engineering for companies that had been burned by large vendors. The pattern was always the same: an impressive pitch, a capable delivery team, and then a support desk that had never seen the codebase.
So we structured the firm to make that impossible. The engineers who scope your project are the engineers who build it, and they're the ones on the support rotation afterwards. It limits how fast we can grow — but it's the reason clients stay.
Today we work across six industries from our office in Ahmedabad, with a deliberate preference for long engagements over one-off builds.
To build software that businesses can rely on for years — and to stay accountable for it long after launch day. We measure success by how long our systems keep running, not by how quickly we can close a project and move on.
To be the firm mid-sized businesses call first when something important has to work. Not the biggest consultancy in the market — the one with the highest proportion of clients who are still clients five years later.
Eight years of deliberately slow growth, one long client relationship at a time.
Started as a three-person contract engineering team working with local manufacturers on inventory and reporting systems.
Clients started asking us to run what we'd built. We formalised support into contracted SLAs rather than ad-hoc favours.
Added dedicated cloud and infrastructure capability after too many projects stalled on someone else's legacy hosting.
Crossed into healthcare and financial services, which pushed us to formalise security and compliance practices.
Now operating six service practices with a majority of revenue from clients we've worked with for more than two years.

Leads client engagements and technical strategy. Sixteen years in enterprise software delivery.
Owns delivery quality and architecture standards across every active engagement.
Runs the managed services practice, including SLA performance and incident response.
First point of contact for every account. Runs quarterly service reviews with clients.
You get two to five engineers who each have years behind them, rather than a large team where most of it is learning on your budget.
Our estimator gives you a range before you talk to anyone. No discovery call required just to find out whether you can afford us.
Support goes to the team that built your system, not a first-line desk reading from a script they wrote about someone else's product.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we're a fit. We'll be straight with you either way.
